Cross Functional Solutions Team Lead

A company is looking for a Cross Functional Solutions Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Participates in the design, development, and implementation of test and production objects

Plans, coordinates, and implements system-wide updates, upgrades, and patches for ERP systems

Exercises supervisory authority over staff, including hiring, managing performance, and assigning tasks

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience with Workday software, including configuration and integration

3+ years of experience with project tracking and change management tools

3+ years of experience providing IT / Software support and documenting business requirements

Strong problem-solving skills related to diagnosing complex issues within Workday

High level of comfort adapting to changes in software solutions while managing competing priorities
