Position available for a Case Manager in an Acute Rehab Unit.

The role involves managing approximately 14 patients in a 34-bed facility.

The facility is seeking coverage for a Social Worker on personal leave.

Candidates should have experience with the Cerner Electronic Medical Record system.

Business casual attire is expected for this position.

This role requires no floating to other units.
