Family Medicine physician job in Illinois :

Outpatient Primary Care opportunity for a Family Practice or Internal Medicine physician located in Central Illinois 45 min south of Champaign serving an area of 300,000 people.

• Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician
• Board Certified ideal or Board Eligible within 5 yrs of completion of training
• All outpatient setting
• Mon-Fri 8-5
• Clinic call likely no more than 1 : 4 (in rotation with other clinics)
• Typically 15-20 ppd but at the physician discretion within reason
• Base salary with sign on, retention bonus, quality bonus, relo, and loan repayment options for new grads
• $325K for FP and $350 for IM range based on experience and open to discussion for the right candidate
