We’re looking for a Commercial Lines Producer who is passionate about building relationships, uncovering client needs, and helping businesses grow with the right protection in place. What You’ll Do

• Proactively generate and pursue commercial insurance leads
• Cultivate a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, and community connections
• Identify coverage gaps and risks, providing tailored solutions to protect clients' businesses
• Clearly explain policy options, coverage differences, and value to clients
• Gather all necessary documentation to prepare thorough and competitive submissions
• Partner with a dedicated Account Manager to handle service and renewals
• Maintain and grow relationships within your existing book of business
• Collaborate with the Commercial Lines Manager on marketing strategies and sales initiatives
• Participate in industry trainings, seminars, and networking events to stay informed and expand market knowledge
