What You'll Do :

As our Quality Assurance Supervisor, you'll be the architect of our quality standards, from raw materials to finished products. You'll play a crucial role in :

• Building a Gold Standard : Establish and enforce rigorous quality standards, testing procedures, and best practices to ensure product consistency and safety.
• Protecting Our Brand & Our Consumers : Implement effective quality management across all processes, equipment, and facilities, safeguarding health, safety, and our reputation.
• Leading with Vision : Drive continuous improvement initiatives, train your team, and act as a key liaison for expansion into new facilities.
• Bringing Products to Life : Oversee the entire quality control structure, ensuring successful product launches, including all necessary testing and planning.
• Navigating Regulations : Ensure strict compliance with DCC and DCR standards, with an eye towards GMP certification and future FDA compliance.
• Optimizing Operations : Develop and maintain our Quality Management System (QMS), refine product testing processes, and implement robust sanitation and quality control measures.
• Ensuring Excellence : Oversee quality assurance for all intake and production, verify third-party compliance, and lead investigations into any product issues.
• Driving Continuous Improvement : Identify Critical Control Points (CCP), support our HACCP program, establish allergen prevention, and track key quality, CSR, and safety metrics.
