At Tendo, we are transforming the landscape of content experiences for our clients. We are in search of a dedicated Content Development Specialist who will create and refine high-quality editorial content across various formats and content services.

This is a hands-on role focused on delivering exceptional content solutions for a diverse range of clients. The Content Development Specialist will collaborate with Tendo team members, contributing to the development of various content types and ensuring the success of content planning, management, and optimization projects, all while nurturing strong client relationships.

Our clientele primarily consists of B2B technology companies; thus, a strong interest in enterprise IT technologies and their audiences is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Assist in devising comprehensive content marketing plans that outline target audiences, objectives, schedules, and content strategies.
• Implement these plans by producing and / or assigning articles, multimedia content, and social posts; editing them according to client style guidelines; managing review cycles; incorporating feedback; and submitting content to client content management systems.
• Craft engaging headlines, summaries, and various promotional materials to enhance content reach across multiple channels.
• Copyedit materials to maintain standards of voice, tone, and quality across different communication platforms.
• Conduct research to support and enrich content development.
