Pay : $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Lynmar Builders is a Commercial General Contracting Company Specializing in Supermarket, Restaurant, Hotel, and Retail construction and maintenance.

We are seeking an experienced sales representative to help us generate leads with prospective clients to help build the service (maintenance) and shelving divisions of our company. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and growth.

Our primary region is NJ, PA, DE, and MD but we are looking to expand through the East Coast. Travel accommodations will be covered. Company phone and vehicle provided. Gas and tolls covered.

Responsibilities :

• Generate leads through cold calls, drop-in's, networking, and industry events
• Build relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Manage sales leads and executing weekly reports
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
• Assess facility needs and develop tailored solutions

Hours : 40 hours per week minimally

Salary : Base salary plus commission

Travel : NJ, PA, DE, MD, through the East Coast

Experience : 3-5 years in sales. Previous experience with maintenance sales / estimating is preferred
