Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Machinist with hands-on experience in programming with Mastercam and operating Haas and Hurco CNC machines . This is a key role in our small but busy machine shop, where precision, reliability, and independent problem-solving are essential. The ideal candidate is comfortable taking a job from blueprint to finished part with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities :

• Program CNC machines using Mastercam (2D / 3D toolpaths)
• Set up and operate Haas and Hurco CNC milling and / or turning centers
• Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T specifications
• Perform machine setup, tooling changes, and program edits at the control
• Conduct quality checks with micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and other inspection tools
• Maintain clean and organized work area and follow shop safety procedures
• Troubleshoot machining issues and optimize setups for efficiency
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
