JOB SUMMARY :
We are looking for an enthusiastic Guest Relations Coordinator to join The Forum team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with the guest and tenant community. Your role will involve addressing tenant inquiries, coordinating property maintenance, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction. You will act as a liaison between property management, tenants and guests in ensuring efficient communication and problem resolution. You will further support The Forum's Marketing Manager in the execution of the property event program.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with guests and retail tenants, acting as their primary point of contact for all inquiries, concerns, and requests.Assist in facilitating tenant meetings and communications to provide updates on property-related matters, changes in policies or procedures, and upcoming events.Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to coordinate and schedule repairs and general property improvements.Assist General Manager with coordinating tenant move-in and move-out processes, including facilitating the necessary documentation, inspections and close out items.Support the marketing manager and office coordinator in daily administrative tasksAssist in coordinating The Forum's Events with support from Marketing Managers – including but not limited to logistics meetings, event notifications, on-site presence, event recaps, etc.Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media)Coordinate and schedule meetings, execute conference room set-up for the team and provide meeting agendas and meeting minutes for all parties involvedDevelop and maintain positive relations key third-party vendorsProcess and code all marketing invoicesAssist in managing the Forum's Marketing Budget and ensure that all expenses are tracked and recordedAssist in the daily operations and management of the Engineering, Housekeeping, and Security teams. Supervise event equipment logistics, including preparation, setup, and maintaining an accurate inventory of all equipmentFocus on improving existing programs and processes while assisting in the creation of new and varied programs that offer a fresh and inviting guest experienceIMPORTANT JOB FUNCTIONS :
Majority of work time will be spent in an office environment, however, set up and during events, candidate should be able to meet the following physical requirements :
