A company is looking for a Lead Installer I.

Key Responsibilities

Provide flawless installation of windows and doors while ensuring safety and quality standards

Train and mentor other installers to enhance their skills and ensure efficient project execution

Assess job sites for hazards and collaborate with team members to maximize installation efficiency

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent experience

Valid Driver's License and ability to pass a fleet check

Basic knowledge of construction techniques and building materials

State Contractors license preferred

Understanding of OSHA regulations and safe work practices
