Proposal Coordinator

The firm’s work can be found across the globe, with projects as wide-ranging as huts to high rises, homes—often for art collectors—to academic, cultural and civic projects, museums and exhibition design, places of worship, creative production, urban design, and interior design.  Currently, we are seeking a Proposal Coordinator  in either our Seattle or Chicago office, who can help contribute to the overall excellence of work coming from Olson Kundig.

Position Description :

• The Proposal Coordinator will work in close collaboration with the firm’s leadership, Marketing Director, and Business Development Manager, and other Coordinators to lead and support marketing efforts for our diverse range of projects.  Primary Responsibilities : Pursuit & Proposal Management : Lead and support competitive pursuit process (RFQ, RFP, Interview, Design   Competition, etc.), ensuring quality strategy and response.
• Evaluate requests for proposals (RFPs) for shareholder review.
• Coordinate the go / no-go decision-making process and provide overviews of each   opportunity.
