Schedule Day and Night rotating shift : 3x12 hours (07 : 00 - 19 : 30 / 19 : 00 - 07 : 30) Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Med / Surg Tele Registered Nurse with a minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in the specialty prior to travel assignments. Candidates must have recent Med / Surg Tele experience, and travel experience will be accepted. The position requires flexibility to work rotating shifts and to meet the operational needs of the hospital. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care for Telemetry patients. Monitor ECG and vital signs, responding to changes promptly. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members. Maintain accurate and complete patient records. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Must possess an active Ohio RN license or a compact state license. Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required. Must complete ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate assessments during orientation with acceptable scores.
