Substance Use Disorder / Co-Occurring Outpatient Therapist (LISW or LMHC)

We are looking for a Substance Use Disorder / Co-Occurring Therapist to join our Outpatient Therapy Team with a Monday - Friday schedule. The Therapist carries clinical responsibility for patients assigned for intake, evaluation and treatment. He / she collaborates clinically with other staff and participates with them in evaluating the services and planning future goals and objectives. Each Therapist may and is encouraged to participate in additional responsibilities in special areas of interest. Start and Stay Bonuses offered!

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

Provide intake / evaluation services as member of multi-disciplinary team

• Complete intake paperwork
• Assessments
• Case presentation and assignment

Provide ongoing therapy to assigned clients (and their families when appropriate) :

Serve as a member of multi-disciplinary team :

May participate in special areas of interest :

authorize the release of this information by the appropriate agencies to the investigating service. I authorize and give permission for

the individuals listed as references to provide written information and / or verbally discuss my background with Vera French

Community Mental Health Center, or any of its affiliates.
