What you’ll actually be doing (aka the fun stuff) :

• 🧪 Dream up and run application-level benchmarks : scenario testing, dataset building, LLM-as-a-judge evaluations
• 🔌 Wrangle the wild world of integrations , plugging into dozens of third‑party AI tools + enterprise APIs
• 🎨 Build slick dashboards + APIs that turn compliance spaghetti into crystal‑clear visuals
• 🌱 Shape the engineering culture from scratch (yes, your commits set the tone for future hires)
