About the Team

The ZF Off-Highway Solutions Minnesota Inc. team designs and manufactures hydraulic and electrohydraulic components, controls, and brake systems for off-highway machines.

As a member of the Assembly Team, the lead assembler will be responsible for assembling and testing a variety of company products, providing work direction and support to production team, advising on production schedule and delivery with production planners, suggest and implement continuous improvement initiatives, all while maintaining a clean and safe workplace.

• Interpreting engineering prints / drawings, routing sheets, and test specifications
• Work with cross functional teams on topics like design for manufacturability, workstation design, plant layout and EHS
• Prepare and present to management regarding continuous improvement ideas
• Being an ambassador of the plants 5S program and initiative

Your Profile as Lead Assembler

The expected base compensation for this role is $19.00 - $29.00 per hour. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
