Fully Remote Customer Service Rep – $15.75 / hr. ($16.75 / hr. Bilingual)

OUR CLIENT REQUIRES ALL CANDIDATES MUST LIVE IN THE HARRISSBURG, PA AREA

ZOOM HIRING EVENT ON 10 / 1 & 10 / 2

Training : 2 weeks, Mon–Fri, 8am–4 : 30pm (remote)

Shift : 9 : 30am–6pm (may vary 8am–5pm)

99% inbound calls (about 75 / day) – assisting elderly & disabled individuals

What You’ll Do :

Answer inbound calls & emails

Provide info on PA waiver programs & complete screenings

Schedule intake visits & document cases

Enter data into MAXeb system

Requirements :

High School diploma (must be on resume)

Strong communication & multitasking skills

Compassionate & professional demeanor

Bilingual a plus (higher pay!)
