What You'll Do :

  • Conduct comprehensive consultations and examinations for patients with cancer.
  • Develop and implement individualized radiation therapy treatment plans.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with medical oncologists and other specialists to ensure coordinated care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in both Aria and Meditech electronic health record systems.
  • Who You Are :

  • Board-certified in Radiation Oncology.
  • Current and active license to practice medicine in Virginia (VA).
  • Strong clinical skills and experience in developing and managing radiation therapy treatment plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Proficient in electronic medical record systems (Aria and Meditech).
  • Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
