Culturally Competent Mental Health Therapist

Responsibilities :

• Conduct therapy sessions using evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, solution-focused, narrative, emotion focused therapy, family systems, and the like
• Assess clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and PCPs, to provide comprehensive care.
• Complete risk assessments and provide crisis intervention support as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Stay informed about current research and best practices in the field of behavioral health with communities of color.
