We provide guaranteed weekly pay during your mentor program and dependable miles once you go solo.

Pay & Training

You’ll earn a guaranteed weekly salary through a 4–6-week mentor program.
Solo drivers average $1,300 – $1,500 weekly.
Top performers reach $1,700 or more with bonuses.
Monthly safety and performance incentives are available, and orientation is paid.

Job Details

Freight is 100 percent no-touch refrigerated freight with about 60 percent drop and hook.

Home every other week for 34–48 hours.

Running lanes throughout CA, OR, WA, AZ, NV, UT, ID, and NM.

Late-model automatic trucks — Freightliner, KW T680, or International.

You can take the truck home during time off.

Pet and rider programs available after training.

Benefits

Weekly direct deposit, and 24-hour dispatch support.

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL.

Age 21 or older.

Minimum 120 hours from an accredited CDL school.

Pass DOT physical and hair plus urine screen.

Stable work history with no SAP participation or DUI / DWI in the last five years.
