As a Long Term Acute Care RN, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and quality patient care throughout the assessment, intervention, and evaluation stages. You will collaborate closely with a dedicated healthcare team to create comprehensive care plans aimed at achieving the best outcomes and ensuring continuous support for our patients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Administer medications and manage complex medical equipment, including chest tubes, ventilators, wound vacs, critical care IV drips, feeding tubes, and central lines.
• Monitor patient conditions, implement effective interventions, and evaluate the progress of individualized care plans.
• Provide guidance and supervision to clinical support staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
