A company is looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to support global learning initiatives through administration and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with global teams to execute learning solutions aligned with business objectives

Develop marketing strategies to enhance engagement in learning initiatives

Manage LMS administration and maintain the Learning and Development SharePoint site

Required Qualifications

1+ years of experience as a Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator

Previous training or facilitation experience

2+ years of experience using advanced Microsoft Office features

Experience working in global or cross-cultural teams is preferred

Background in manufacturing or regulated environments is advantageous
