$280,000 - $300,000 (OTE $350,000+)

As a

Center Medical Director , you will oversee a

small patient panel

and lead a team of

Physicians and Nurse Practitioners

in a

value-based care

model. We provide

door-to-door transportation

for patients who need it, ensuring accessibility to care.

Position Overview : Salary :

$280,000 - $300,000 base

Schedule :

Monday - Friday, 7 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM (Last patient scheduled at 4 : 15 PM)

Work-Life Balance :

No weekends, no nights

Patient Panel : 60-90 patients max

Patient Population :

Seniors with 3-5 chronic conditions

Leadership Role :

Supervise and mentor PCPs and NPs
