Job description

A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities

Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and client inquiries

Process Broker of Record and policy reassignment requests

Manage, verify, and process Loss Runs requests

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED; 1-3 months related experience or training

Experience with phone system management and call routing preferred

Minimum 2-3 years of previous customer service experience

Minimum 2-3 years of administrative experience in an office setting

Commercial Insurance experience and bilingual in English and Spanish are pluses but not required
