- RN Registered Nurse – PCU Stepdown Location : Brooksville, FL Position Type : Full-Time, Permanent – Nights (Rotating Weekends) Compensation : Base Pay : $30.76 – $41.50 / hour (based on years of experience) Differentials : +$4.75 / hour nights | +$3.00 / hour weekends | +$2.00 / hour with national certification Sign-On Bonus : $10,000 (Days) | $15,000 (Nights) Paid 2% on first / second paycheck, balance in 6-month increments Relocation Assistance : Available, case by case Position Overview : We are seeking a skilled PCU Stepdown RN to join a 46-bed Cardiac PCU unit, where all patients are on telemetry monitoring.
- Typical cases include Afib, RVR, and pre / post-cath patients.
- Nurses manage ratios of 4–5 patients (may flex up to 6), with opportunities to expand critical care skills by managing a variety of drips.
