Salary :

FMS Aerospace is seeking a full-time, permanent Project Controller to support our government and commercial contracts at our Huntsville, AL location. This role requires a self-motivated, detail-oriented professional who is organized, proactive, and an effective communicator. The ideal candidate will be dependable, respectful, and able to work independently and collaboratively across multiple teams and departments.

Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to) :

• Review and approve time and expense submissions
• Set up contracts and projects in the ERP system (Unanet)
• Establish and monitor project budgets in collaboration with Project Managers
• Track project milestones and deliverables
• Support invoice preparation and processing
• Maintain and update Estimates at Completion (EAC) and Estimates to Complete (ETC) with Project Managers
• Support resource planning, scheduling, and execution with Program Managers
• Communicate and coordinate with Project / Program Managers and customers as needed
