We are a Civil Litigation Firm specializing in employment and consumer protection laws, with an emphasis on class and representative action claims.

We are seeking an Associate Attorney to become a part of our team. You will be assigned to handle all aspects of a case from start to finish including legal research, drafting pleadings, appearing for Court, taking depositions, attending settlement conferences, and advising clients through all steps of the process. We will provide plenty of support and hands on training throughout, so civil litigation experience is not required as long as the applicant is hardworking and willing to take direction.

Court appearances and some in office interactions will be required. However, we are willing to accommodate a remote work and / or a hybrid schedule.

In addition to the base pay, there is a generous bonus pool for any candidate who can successfully manager his or her own caseload.

Responsibilities :

Represent clients in court

Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients

Negotiate settlements for legal disputes

Comply with all legal standards and regulations

Qualifications :

Experience in Civil Litigation preferred (but not required)

Familiarity with various pleadings

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Ability to build rapport with clients

People Skills. Including excellent written and verbal communication skills
