Key Responsibilities
Provide technical, analytical, and business support for Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial products
Develop and maintain business process documentation, including policies and procedures
Analyze program reporting and data to ensure compliance and performance oversight
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management, Medicare Part D, or Medicaid
1+ years of project management or business analyst experience managing complex requirements
1+ year of experience with the RxClaim software system
Bachelor's degree required; equivalent work experience may substitute
Willingness to travel for business support less than 20% of the year
