Position Summary : We are seeking a dedicated and professional Registered Nurse (RN) to provide hourly shift work for patients in their homes in the NYC area, mostly in Manhattan. The RN will play a vital role in delivering direct nursing care, monitoring health conditions, and providing emotional and educational support to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver professional nursing care tailored to individual patient needs.
• Administer medications, treatments, and medical procedures as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient conditions and communicate updates with the care team.
• Collaborate with family members and caregivers to provide education and support.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment for patients.
• Comply with all state regulations and organizational policies regarding home health care.
