A company is looking for an Engagement Manager responsible for overseeing customer program execution and maintaining client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee program execution and deliverables for assigned customer contracts and programs
Monitor and track contracted service levels to ensure compliance and performance
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding program service performance and issues
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in program or project management
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience meeting tight deadlines in a dynamic work environment
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
