IAHD is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Worker to join our team and help maintain our day habilitation facilities and group homes.

As a Maintenance Worker, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our facilities remain in top condition, providing a comfortable and functional space for both staff and residents.

What You’ll Do :

• Maintenance & Repairs : Perform basic maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, carpentry repairs, painting, and mandatory snow removal.
• Vehicle Operation : Drive work vans and snow plowing vehicles as required for facility maintenance and snow removal duties.
• Tools & Equipment : Use hand tools and power tools for repairs and maintenance work.
• Flexible Work Hours : Be adaptable to changing work hours as we operate 24 / 7, including the possibility of occasional overtime.
• Team Player : Work collaboratively with the rest of the maintenance team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

What We’re Looking For :

Available Work Locations : Bronx County.

Schedule : Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, with occasional overtime.
