Recruiter / Associate Talent Acquisition Partner with German (m / f / x)

The Opportunity

Avantor is seeking a customer-focused Recruiter / Associate Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with business hiring managers and cross-functional HR teams to lead a full-cycle recruitment process, identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent for our organization across various countries in Europe.

Location : This is a remote or a hybrid role based in Poland.

How Will You Thrive :

Full-Cycle Recruitment : Lead the recruitment process by partnering with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to develop recruitment strategies.

Talent Sourcing : Utilize various sourcing methods, including direct sourcing, networking, social media engagement, and referrals, to attract talent across Europe.

Candidate Management : Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Pre-screen qualified candidates, facilitate feedback discussions, and extend offers to finalists.

Collaboration : Work closely with the recruiting team to create and implement effective sourcing strategies. Maintain accurate candidate information in the ATS and CRM systems.

Market Intelligence : Research and develop talent market intelligence reports to provide impactful labor market insights that inform recruitment strategies.

What Were Looking For :

Education : High School Diploma required; Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Experience : Experience of at least 1-2 years as an in-house recruiter or in a recruitment agency is required. Experience within a corporate full-cycle recruitment team and in recruiting for technical, engineering, life sciences or distribution roles is preferred.

Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Workday, or other large-scale ATS. Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Languages : Business fluency in English and fluent German is required. Any other European language is a strong advantage.
