About The Position

Job Description :

Seeking a Surgical Technologist to assist in operative procedures under supervision. Duties include preparing the sterile field, assisting the surgeon with instruments and draping, maintaining sterile technique, handling specimens, and supporting OR setup and cleanup. May also assist with patient care and clerical tasks in Labor & Delivery.

Job Requirements

Requirements :

Graduate of an accredited Surgical Tech program

OR 6+ months of scrub tech experience in lieu of formal training

Active BLS (AHA) required upon hire

Knowledge of sterile technique, basic anatomy, and surgical procedures

Ability to work with various patient age groups (neonate to geriatric)

Strong attention to sterile field integrity and surgical efficiency
