Schedule : Evenings, 3pm - 11 : 30pm Monday - Friday, every other weekend and holidays

Sign-On Bonus : up to $4500

SUMMARY :

Join our compassionate team as a Certified Nursing Aide, where you will deliver exceptional, individualized patient care alongside a dedicated nursing staff. Your proactive approach in assisting with patient needs will significantly contribute to the overall success of our healthcare team.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Patient Care & Service : Provide supportive and individualized care to residents according to their care plans; assist in transporting residents to and from activities; engage residents in leisure activities; perform evaluations and report findings; offer emotional support to residents and families.
• Safety : Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.
• Communication & Documentation : Act as a point of contact for families, directing them to the appropriate staff members; promptly respond to resident requests; exchange reports with colleagues and team leaders.

LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS : CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant - New York State Education Department (NYSED)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :

M - Medium Work - Must be able to exert 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and / or continuously move objects weighing up to 10 pounds. Frequent walking, standing, and squatting are required.
