HOW A MULTIMEDIA SPECIALIST SENIOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Responsible for design, implementing, integrating, testing and making operational the control and distribution systems for all AV / VTC systems supporting the customer. Extensive knowledge with demonstrated experience engineering conference rooms, Webcasting, Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) and Streaming Video systems. Assist Project Management, Customers, and Key Stakeholders with cutting over AV / VTC systems. Assist system programmers with AV / VTC integration and testing to ensure the control system hardware and software (source code) meets the performance metrics. Provide project closeout to include as built drawings and a technical acceptance reports.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED :
Required Experience :
2+ years of related experience
Required Technical Skills :
Strong knowledge with demonstrated experience using VTC Codec's, Audio Mixers, Control Systems, AV automation, Wiring, Amplifiers, Microphones, Projection systems, Video Cameras, and other A / V peripheral equipment
CRMC or equivalent video certification required
Security Clearance Level :
TS / SCI required
Required Skills and Abilities :
Must be able to effectively conduct and interpret tests, and troubleshoot solutions of highly complex operational problems
Must be able to identify and resolve problems or inadequacies of systems operations
Strong business communication skills with strong verbal communications to interface effectively
Preferred Skills :
ITIL v3 Foundation certification preferred
Strong business communication skills with strong verbal communications to interface effectively
Strong customer service
Detail oriented and organized; able to understand AV / VTC systems and ensure accuracy of work
Cisco Telepresence experience preferred but not required
Reviews the work of others and is able to detect errors or needed modifications
