Job descriptionMonitor and control access to the healthcare location, verifying credentials and granting entry to authorized personnel and visitors in accordance with site-specific policies. Assist in helping to deter unauthorized entry and / or suspicious activity by maintaining a visible presence at key access points. Provide customer service to all individuals entering or exiting the location, answering questions and offering directions as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures and protocols. Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and / or unusual occurrences to the appropriate personnel. Collaborate with site staff and Allied Universal team members to support overall security-related operations and emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter potential security-related concerns. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only. Security Professional - Healthcare Access Control Patrol

- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
