Job Title
Manage and maximize return on a portfolio of CSBB Small Business Criticized and Classified loans in accordance with Bank policy, procedures, and strategic goals. Will be filled in either of the posted locations only. Will be 4 days onsite / 1 day remote.

Required Qualifications : 1. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or banking or comparable education and related training. 2. A minimum of 7 years commercial banking, loan workout or equivalent experience. 3. Exceptional negotiation, communication, interpersonal, financial analysis and problem-solving skills. Ability to deliver messages and interact effectively in a sometimes tense or adversarial environment. 4. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
Preferred Qualifications : 1. Master's degree in business administration, finance, or banking. 2. 10 years of experience in commercial banking, loan workout, and / or relationship management.
