Key Responsibilities :

• Clinical Care

Provide expert radiation oncology care in an outpatient cancer center.

• Manage a variable patient load, ensuring comprehensive treatment planning and delivery.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Schedule

Full-time schedule with a combination of clinic hours and on-call duties.

• Participate in the holiday coverage rotation, including major holidays such as New Years Day, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
• Practice Setting

Focus on outpatient radiation oncology with no inpatient rounding required.

• Utilize the Epic EMR system for all patient records and communications.
• Certification and Licensing

Must be board-certified in Radiation Oncology.

• Eligible candidates should hold an active license to practice in Wisconsin or be eligible for licensure through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC).

Minimum Qualifications :

• Experience

At least one year of experience in a radiation oncology setting is preferred.

• Strong clinical skills in managing diverse oncology cases and delivering precision radiation therapy.

Must be licensed to practice in Wisconsin or eligible for licensure through IMLC.
