Client Advocate

The Opportunity : The Client Advocate is responsible for supporting the Employee Benefits Service Team by providing excellent service and deliverables to external and internal clients in accordance with Hylant standards.

In This Role You Will Execute On :

• Responsible for the timely servicing of an assigned group of clients
• Provide accurate and timely response to inquiries from client employees and physician offices via phone calls and emails (for example on matters regarding enrollment questions, confirming coverage, provider searches, etc.)
• Work closely with Service and Account Management Teams to research and correct discrepancies with enrollments and invoices and process retroactive changes.
• Support Sr. Client Service Associate during open enrollment and beyond.
• Process enrollments, terminations, benefit changes, salary, and address changes on an as-needed basis.
• Research and assist with claims and billing issues, filing appeals and other duties as assigned.
• Navigate multiple internal and external systems (including various insurance carrier systems) to provide resolution to client issues.
• Manage individual workload and follow through on assignments in an effective and timely manner.
• Work on special projects as required.
• Track all events / activities in Benefit Point
• Benefit Admin assistance (Employee Navigator, HRIS, etc.)
• Additional duties as assigned
