Lead RBT / Student Analyst

Were seeking a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who is passionate about ABA, eager to take on leadership opportunities, and ready to advance toward BCBA certification.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality 1 : 1 ABA therapy in home, school, and center-based setting
  • Mentor and support RBTs, modeling best practices and assisting with training / supervision
  • Collaborate closely with BCBAs on treatment planning, assessments, and parent training
  • Assist with client programming, data analysis, and material development
  • Lead small group activities and provide session coverage when needed
  • Maintain professionalism, teamwork, and strong communication with families and staff

    What Were Looking For

  • Current Active RBT certification
  • At least 1 year of ABA experience.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
  • Actively in, pursuing or planning to pursue a Masters degree in ABA (preferred).
  • Reliable transportation, CPR / First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Availability for a minimum of 25 hours per week
