Quality Manager - Nuclear Operations Training Instructor

The Quality Manager - Nuclear Operations Training Instructor will provide expertise in analyzing technical learning needs for a business or function then designs and delivers training solutions. We are looking for someone with in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; and working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.

Essential Responsibilities :

• Contribute to the design and development of the Initial Certification / License Training Programs for the / BWRX-300 technology, using the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) and following industry best practices.
• Contribute to the quality oversite and maintenance of the Operations Training KSA Analysis / Catalogue(s), Job & Task Analysis, Task to Training Matrices, Curriculum and Evaluation Strategies, Training Program Delivery Schedules, Training Material and Evaluation Instruments.
• Contribute to the design and development of the Continuing Training Programs for both licensed and non-licensed operators.
• Contribute to the instructional quality oversite of the curriculum / materials for both licensed and non-licensed training programs for BWRX300 and other similar technologies.
• Represent GE Vernova Hitachi Nuclear Energy (GVH) training in internal, customer and regulatory venues.
• Work with other operations training instructors and personnel to support the management and delivery of the training programs and provide strong leadership for assigned programs.
• Lead / support training program reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of training and establish priorities and drive plans for continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the develop / support corrective actions to address identified areas for improvement.
• Work with other training and business units to support the Fleet Services enterprises.
• Perform special assignments and other related activities as assigned by the Training Manager / Leader.
• Certify as a BWRX-300 Senior Reactor Operator

Desired Characteristics :

The base pay range for this position is $112,000 to $160,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for bonuses, such as a performance bonus / variable incentive compensation / equity. This position is expected to close on Wednesday, October 15th.

The company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas.
