Full-time Out-Patient Only Pulmonology Practice

We are seeking a full-time pulmonologist for an outpatient-only practice. This position requires no on-call duties, making it an ideal fit for a physician seeking a transition from intensive inpatient work. The practice allows flexibility in performing pulmonology procedures, such as bronchoscopies, according to the physician's preference. Additionally, the practice operates in conjunction with a busy sleep institute. Board certification in Sleep Medicine is a plus, enhancing the potential for integrated care and collaboration within the institute.

• Base Salary : $400,000 guarantee
• Incentive Productivity Bonus available of $75 per wRVU for everything over 5880 wRVUs
• $40,000 practice commencement and moving bonus
• $5,000 per year for CME
• Up to $5,000 per year in bonuses for quality metrics.
• 5 days of CME time per year
• 4 weeks of PTO
