Product Marketing Manager

Location : Irvine, CaliforniaJob Type : PermanentCompensation Range : $100,000 - 160,000 per yearWe are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Product Marketing Manager to champion the go-to-market strategy for our business video surveillance solution portfolio.In this pivotal role, you will act as the essential link between product management, sales, and marketing, ensuring our surveillance products are successfully positioned and communicated to drive demand, increase market share, and strengthen our brand's competitive standing.Onsite 5 days per week.Responsibilities : Strategy, Research, and Positioning

Conduct market research initiatives and competitive analysis.

Lead customer segmentation efforts to inform positioning and refine go-to-market (GTM) strategies.

Craft and evolve product positioning and messaging for consistent storytelling across all content (packaging, presentations, online content, etc.).

Lead initiatives to incorporate cutting-edge growth marketing strategies and best practices into marketing operations.

Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution and Collaboration

Execute the Go-To-Market launches for new solutions, products, and feature releases.

Work with internal marketing teams, external agencies, and strategic partners to define and execute GTM efforts and achieve business objectives.

Partner with product, sales, and marketing colleagues to develop relevant collaterals to support all solution and product selling processes.

Communication and Sales Enablement

Act as a product marketing advisor in internal and external product communications.

Lead and participate in various communications, including training, sales pitches, industry shows, media conferences, and influencer collaboration.

Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and the evolving growth marketing landscape.

Qualifications :

BA / BS degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is required.

5+ years of progressive experience in product marketing is mandatory.

Proven track record in the business video surveillance or related industry.
