Description
Under the general director of the Director - Grants Management, the Manager - Capital Programming & Grants will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing capital programming and grant processes at the Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA). The incumbent will ensure the effective management, administration, and compliance of various grant programs and capital projects that support the strategic objectives of JTA. This position involves working closely with internal departments, government agencies, and other stakeholders to facilitate the timely and efficient completion of capital and grant-funded projects.

The Manager - Capital Programming & Grants works mainly in an office environment where the noise level is usually quiet. The Manager - Capital Programming & Grants may be required to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to respond to emergencies or to meet operational needs.

Sitting and / or standing for prolonged periods.
Performing repetitive motion.

Driver's License - The position description will specify whether a driver's license is required and the acceptable class of license.
