About The Position

Job Description & Requirements

Medical Laboratory Technician - (Med Lab Tech - MLT)

StartDate : 11 / 3 / 2025

Available Shifts : 8 D / E / N

Pay Rate : $1528.28 - $1674.60

MLT / MT needed asap for 13 weeks

Under direct supervision by laboratory technologist, leader and / or supervisor, and according to defined protocols, performs select procedures on blood and / or other body fluids or specimens, involving manual techniques or the use of laboratory instruments and information systems. May perform phlebotomy as needed.

Ability to communicate effectively with others.

• Demonstrated technical proficiency and theoretical knowledge sufficient to perform laboratory functions.

Completion of an Associate Degree Program in Medical Laboratory Technology or Laboratory Science.

Certification from a recognized national certifying agency (ASCP or NCA).

Experience with SunQuest and Epic

This position is more clerical – focused on customer service o Critical value calling

Certifications : MEDLABTECH-American Society of Clinical Pathology(Copy needed)

Work History : Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history
