Reason for need : physician vacation coverage

Requirements : must be board certified, active FL licensee, completed fellowship, ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS, clean malpractice and NPDB

Emergency Credentialing in place to expedite

Coverage : 24 hour Call with some rounding on approx. 5 patients (both assigned and unassigned); 0-2 call-backs per day; nursing support but no mid-levels
