Role Overview

As an Assisted Living Med Tech , you’ll provide compassionate care and support to residents in alignment with their individualized service plans.

You’ll assist with activities of daily living, medication management, and ensure a safe, warm, and respectful environment — the Stellar way : with kindness, professionalism, and dignity.

Responsibilities

Provide quality care and assistance with daily living activities and personal hygiene

Administer medications and accurately document all medication passes

Respond promptly and appropriately to resident needs and calls

Monitor residents’ dietary needs, restrictions, and preferences

Maintain a positive and caring relationship with residents, families, and coworkers

Qualifications

Previous Assisted Living Med Tech experience required

Passion for serving seniors and making a difference

Team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision

Required Certifications & Clearances :

AZ Assisted Living Caregiver Certificate

AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card

Current First Aid / CPR certification

Food Handler’s Card

Negative 2-step TB Test (current within the last 12 months)

Excellent and verifiable professional references
