Job Purpose and Overview

PC Technician II supports and maintains laptops, desktops, tablets, and peripherals. This includes installing, imaging, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading a wide range of IT hardware, software and services. Technicians provide friendly and efficient customer service and communicates technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner.

Work Environment : This is an onsite role based at our Home Office in Jackson, MI. The standard working schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm. Please note that relocation assistance is not available for this position.

Compensation

$49,240-$73,860 with bonus eligibility
