What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to guests and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain a secure environment.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel premises and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.

Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas within the location to observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity.

Maintain detailed and accurate written reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations in accordance with Allied Universal procedures.

Collaborate with hotel staff and management to address security-related needs and support a welcoming environment for all guests and employees.

Assist with crowd management and access control during events or busy periods within the hotel and resort areas.

Provide directions and general information to guests, demonstrating professionalism and a helpful attitude at all times.

Minimum Requirements :

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
