Sign On Bonus : $12,000

The sign-on bonus can be used for relocation, and we welcome applications from out-of-the area and out-of-the state applicants.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary : $50-$55 per hour plus an uncapped incentive plan (3 out of 4 hygienists earned an incentive payout.)
