Shift : Day 5x8-Hour (07 : 00 - 15 : 30) Description : Cath Lab RN Shift : 0700-01530 Weekends : every other Call would be at minimum 1 day a week can be 2 depending on vacation and sick calls. Weekend call at least 1 weekend a month can pick up more if they want especially when it is 5 weekend months Certifications : ACLS BLS Skills : Diagnostic Cardiac Cath lab Interventional Cardiac Cath lab Cardiac Implant Closure Device Cardiac Stent Placement Diagnostic Catheterizations Adult IABP Placement / Removal Impella insertion Interventional Catheterizations Left heart catheterization Pacemaker / Defibrillator lead extraction / removal Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI) Pulmonary Artery Line / Swan Ganz monitoring Right heart catheterization Rotablator atherectomy Transcatheter Aortic Valve implantation / Replacement (TAVI / TAVR) Transesophageal Echocardiography (TEE) Valvuloplasty Cardioversion Insertion / Programming of AICDs (Automatic Implantable Cardiac Defibrillators) Pacemaker Insertion Tilt Table Study Antiarrhythmics Antihypertensives Emergency Medications IV vasopressors Procedural Sedation Administration / Monitoring Reversal agents Thrombolytics Assist with Central Line Insertion / management Blood Product Administration IV infusion pumps Starting and maintaining IVs Obtain 12 lead EKG / ECG Activated Clotting Time (ACT) Cardioversion Circulate Procedures External Compression Devices (C-Clamp, Sandbags) Infection Prevention Interpretation / Management of Dysrhythmias Monitoring Procedural Sedation Sheath Removal and Monitoring
